ABOUT CHRIST CHURCH

Our great purpose at Christ Church is Knowing Jesus and Making Him Known, and we aim to be:

  • Rooted in God’s word the Bible

  • Motivated by the good news of Jesus

  • Serving all by the power of the Holy Spirit

  • United together with Christians around the world

  • Growing in faith and love

​

This is a whole church vision, so we encourage everyone to be involved in some aspect of the church's life and ministry.

 

The PCC (our church council) meets six times a year, under the leadership of the vicar. There are small hubs (or sub-committees) that oversee key areas of work, such as youth work, overseas mission, discipleship, maintaining the fabric of the building, etc.
